Dr. Dustin R Minnick
Doctor of Chiropractic ‘21
B.S. Biology/Chemistry Greensboro College ‘16
Dr. Minnick is an Illinois native who has lived in North Carolina since 2012. He graduated as valedictorian of his class from Palmer College, Florida Campus, in 2021 and has been practicing in the Kannapolis area ever since. He is a former collegiate baseball player, and now spends many weekends golfing. In his free time he enjoys reading, traveling with his wife Liz, hiking with his dog Bryzzo, and rooting for the Chicago Cubs. Dr. Minnick is thrilled to join the team at Cannon Chiropractic and is looking forward to treating all existing and future patients!
Kamie, CCCA (level 1)
Billing Certified Chiropractic Assistant (B.C.C.A.)
Kamie has been a CCCA since 2013 and has been with Dr. Vezendy since 2019. In the office you will find Kamie wearing many hats. If you ever have any insurance questions, she is the expert! She is a RYT-200 yoga teacher and a stained-glass artist. Outside of the office, you’ll find her reading, camping, hiking or creating. She grew up in Cleveland where she currently resides with her son and her pack of wildlings.
Yesi, CCCA (level 1)
Lead Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant (F.D.C.A.)
Yesi has been with our office since 2013 and is a certified clinical chiropractic assistant for our front office. She lives in China Grove with her husband and 4 children. When she is not working, she is homeschooling, traveling with family, hiking or outdoors. She has a passion for health and wellness and aspires to become a holistic practitioner some day.
Lacinda, CCCA (level 1)
Lead Therapy Chiropractic Assistant (T.C.A.)
Lacinda has been with our office since 2020 and is a certified clinical chiropractic assistant. She’s originally from Rockwell and grew up loving the farm life. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Four-wheeling, animals, and going on vacations with her family are just some of the things she’s passionate about.
Taylor, CCCA (level 1)
Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant (F.D.C.A) and Social Media Operator
Taylor has been with our office since 2021 and has completed her certification to become a certified chiropractic assistant. In addition, she is also seeking her degree in nursing. Taylor is actively enrolled in nursing school with aspirations to be a labor and delivery nurse. In her spare time, she likes to paint and spend time with family.
MaKayla, CCCA (level 1)
Therapy Chiropractic Assistant (T.C.A)
MaKayla has been with our office since 2023 and is a certified chiropractic assistant in our back office. She has a passion for animals as she was a vet tech for the last five years, but ultimately plans on a healthcare career. She loves taking trips and hanging out with family in her spare time.
